Spring Vendor Fair
Information to potential vendors
Our annual vendor fair is held in the spring and all classes are invited. Students enjoy a night away from school to connect with sponsors, eat and drink, and hopefully win a raffle! This is ASDA's largest annual fundraiser to allow our officers and members to participate in national conferences throughout the year. This is the "one-stop-shop" for all our students for the learn and ask questions with professionals of the dental world. We hope to make this event even bigger and better every year, and we can't do it without our wonderful sponsors!

When and where is the vendor fair?

Can I sponsor a raffle item?
Yes! If you wish to sponsor a raffle item, let us know and we will advertise it from your company. The raffle is the big finish to the event, and all students who have visited all sponsor tables are entered.

Can I send flyers and samples by mail ahead of time?
Yes, students love promotional items. Feel free to send them to the following address, and we will have them available for you at the venue.

How and when do I pay?
Vendors can pay via: Credit Card (+ additional 3% fee) • Venmo @sanantonio-asda • Check, made payable to San Antonio ASDA & given to Nikhil Karla (our financial chair). Please contact our Vendor Fair Chair to reserve your spot and with any further questions.
